Thsesaurus’s are typically boring, large tomes.  But my site of the night, Visual Thesaurus puts a whole new spin on this reference…literally.  Synonymous words are shown as satellites to the main word.  You can spin it in 3d and click on another word to make it the center.  Heck, it’s fun just to play with, but only at www.visualthesaurus.com.
