I’m here at the AT&T store to show you some of the new mobile technology coming down the road that you’ll see very soon. By now, most of you have probably seen some of these little bitty laptops floating around. We call them netbooks. Besides them being small and easy to carry, they are extremely cheap, most of them under $500. Well, AT&T has taken some of these netbooks and installed their modems. Now, you can access the Internet anywhere and not have to worry about bringing along a little USB modem. It’s built-in. What could be easier. You just open it up, turn it on, and…instant Internet. It will also connect to WiFi networks when they are available. If your job requires Internet all the time, you need to check this out. Much more portable than a laptop and MUCH better battery life.
I’d like to thank Ryan and the wonderful folks at the AT&T store for hosting the show this week. I’m Eric Spellmann, taking you to the Next Level!
