Internet on a Thumbdrive – October 18, 2009

I’m here at the AT&T store to show you some of the new mobile technology coming down the road that you’ll see very soon. What do you think this is?  Anybody?  No, it’s not a thumbdrive.  It’s the Internet, or should I say, ACCESS to the Internet.  Just plug this little gizmo into a laptop, and no matter where you are, as long as your cell phone works, you have Internet.  This is more than WiFi. It uses the cellular network.  You can actually surf the Internet in a moving vehicle.  Of course, don’t be the driver.  I recently road-tested this little baby between here and San Francisco.  It did great!  I only lost access in areas where my cell phone had problems.  If you need to be connected to the Internet at all times, check it out.

I’d like to thank Ryan and the wonderful folks at the AT&T store for hosting the show this week.  I’m Eric Spellmann, taking you to the Next Level!
