If you need to know if your mother-in-law is going to arrive via American Airlines on time, just go onto Google and enter the airline and flight number. It will display the status of an airline flight and it’s arrival time. Google can also give a direct link to package tracking information if you enter a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number – great information to keep handy for the holidays!

Word - If you are working with multiple columns in your document and need to jump from column to column at times, use the ALT key in conjunction with the up and down arrow keys. If you press Alt + Down Arrow, the insertion point is moved to the top of the next column. If you press Alt + Up Arrow, the insertion point goes to the top of the previous column.
